1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pindorado ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pindorado is a digital collection management tool for pin collectors. The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers with varying feature access.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium subscriptions are available as monthly or annual plans. Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play Store are processed by Apple Inc. or Google LLC respectively, who act as the merchant of record. Pricing, billing, refunds, and cancellations for in-app purchases are governed by the respective platform's terms.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

4. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

5. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sahler Digital Investments and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Pin images uploaded by users remain their property. Third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Price estimates for pins are informational only and do not constitute professional appraisals.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sahler Digital Investments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
